Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing techniques tailored to small business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business goals
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO, email campaigns, and social media channels
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital assets
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics tools
- Collaborate with sales, design, and external vendors to coordinate promotions and product launches
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitor strategies
- Manage local advertising, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives
- Assist with brand development and ensure consistency across all channels
- Stay updated with marketing trends and tools, especially those effective for small businesses.
- Coordinate and attend tradeshows
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a healthcare or technology environment
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Constant Contact, Canva, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Creative thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Preferred Skills:
- Graphic design or content creation experience
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or CRM systems
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Photography or video editing skills are a plus
