Marketing Specialist 

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing techniques tailored to small business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website content (using WordPress), SEO, email campaigns, and social media channels
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital assets
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and external vendors to coordinate promotions and product launches
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitor strategies
  • Manage local advertising, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives
  • Assist with brand development and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Stay updated with marketing trends and tools, especially those effective for small businesses.
  • Coordinate and attend tradeshows

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a healthcare or technology environment
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Constant Contact, LinkedIn, WordPress)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Creative thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Preferred Skills:

  • Graphic design and content creation experience
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Healthcare/Medical billing & payment knowledge a plus
  • Experience with paid advertising (Google PPC, LinkeIn Ads)
  • Photography or video editing skills are a plus
